This Honda Pilot key would no longer turn in the door or the ignition.

We started by cutting a new key, but the ignition was already too damaged. Instead of simply replacing it and leaving the customer with separate keys, we completely disassembled and rebuilt the original ignition, replacing the worn internal wafers.

Now the key turns smoothly, the same key still works for both the door and ignition, and the customer received an additional key.
