We created a lot more usable space in this laundry room by relocating the water heater and air handler to a new utility closet in the garage.

Then we finished the space with new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and beautiful new tile flooring for a cleaner, brighter, and much more functional laundry room.

Sometimes the biggest transformation comes from simply making better use of the space you already have.

Not all structural issues are visible from the outside.
At this commercial property, the front portico columns looked intact—but once opened up, the internal metal supports were severely corroded and structurally compromised.
Our scope included:
✔️ Carefully removing the existing stucco column enclosures to expose the structure
✔️ Demolishing and disposing of the deteriorated metal supports
✔️ Fabricating and installing new structural metal columns
✔️ Properly encasing and reinforcing the new supports
✔️ Rebuilding the column assemblies with stucco to match existing
✔️ Final prep and paint for a seamless exterior finish
What started as a cosmetic concern turned into a full structural restoration—but now it’s solid, safe, and built to last.

We transformed the ceiling with:
✔️ Tongue & groove wood plank installation for a rich, natural look
✔️ New electrical ran for recessed lighting and ceiling fans
✔️ Clean, precise layout for lighting and fan placement
✔️ Custom stain finish to enhance the wood grain with a smooth satin sheen
