I often wonder about the history that has unfolded between the walls of canyons as I wander through them. I do not have a fear of wandering the canyons. The next bend pulls me deeper into the walls that encompass my curiosity, wondering what great discovery I might find just around the next corner

I love the feel of the sand on my feet. I hike in sandals for three seasons out of the year. I feel at home in the red rock canyons and sand.

What a great opportunity to intentionally reflect on all the good in our lives and all the good around us. I am most grateful for family, friends, work, play, health, books, nature, Diet Dr. Pepper, grandbaby smiles, sunny weather, hope, love, and so much more! How can I just pick one?!
