Heavy rainfall has left many local roadways flooded and impassable. This driver was lucky enough to be able to put a personal flotation device on and be walked back to safety.

As a reminder, unkind comments will be removed. This person made a mistake, stopped, and called for help. No one is perfect, and we are here to help our neighbors.

Blue Ridge was happy to welcome students in the Clarke County Citizens Academy yesterday. Students got to participate in multiple learning activities including, intubation, rope rescue, and extrication.
