Why Is Housing Inventory So Low? One question that’s top of mind if you’re thinking about making a move today is: Why is it so hard to find a house to buy?

These tax levy meetings are worth attending if you can make it to them. Most levies have been artificially inflated to offset the historically lower than market values we've had for years. Now is the time to speak up to lower the levy to offset/factor for the closer to market values given by the Jackson County assessment department.

If these city tax levy tables aren't adjusted most of us will see major increases in the tax portion of our mortgages and annual taxes due for 2023. This is just as important as appealing when your values weren't accurate.
