Memorial Day is not about barbecues, sales, or an extra day off.
It is about remembering the men and women who gave everything in service to this country. The ones who never made it home. The ones whose loss is still carried every day by families, friends, and fellow servicemembers.
For many veterans and service members, Memorial Day is not necessarily a celebration. It is a day of reflection, remembrance, and mourning for friends, brothers, and sisters in arms who are no longer here.
I was privileged enough to serve alongside incredible servicemembers and fortunate enough to still be here to remember those who are not.
Today, we honor their sacrifice, remember their names, and recognize the true cost of the freedoms we often take for granted.
From all of us at ÆSIR Law, we remember the fallen and stand with those carrying their memory forward.

Most business owners have contracts… or think they do.
The problem is, many aren’t structured properly or don’t actually protect you when something goes wrong.

But a judgment is just a court-backed IOU.
If you want real leverage, your contracts need to be clear, enforceable, and aligned with how your business actually operates.

Sometimes the best outcome isn’t winning in court… it’s getting paid now.
