Hello, friends and gamers!

We at the MOA Gamestop just wanted to write and let you all know that we are officially re-open to the public! It has been quite some time since we last saw many of you in our store, so below you will find some changes and recommendations to our store functions and policies:

1. Our hours follow that of the MOA, from 11-7, and are limited to 10 Guests at a time in our store. Please wait briefly at the entrance door before entering, our staff on duty will let you know when we are at capacity and will ask you to briefly wait if this is the case. Many of you will be eager to come back inside, but we ask that you be patient as our staff’s attention may be divided between the counter and the floor.
2. We are taking cash as payment for transactions! Feel free to bring those green bills to us, but as required, the staff will be wearing gloves to handle any products or cash for both your safety as well as ours.
3. Trades are back! We are more than happy to accept trades on PS4, XB1, Switch, and 3DS games, headsets and accessories. Older generation consoles and games may not be accepted at this time, but we are working diligently to bring back trades to older era-systems the longer we stay open.
4. Face masks are not required for our guests, but we as associates will be wearing them with gloves. Nonetheless, we ask that you remain 6ft apart from other shoppers at all times, and adhere to the social distancing guidelines set forth by both our state and federal governments.
5. Our phone lines are still down at our location, but we are working to get those back up as soon as possible. As such, we can no longer put holds on items for guests, unless they have been purchased ahead of time through the gamestop app or website.

If you have any questions regarding other policies not listed, or have any specific questions, feel free to reach out in our DMs or post below. We are very busy with helping our guests every day, so our Assistant Store Leader will attempt to reply as soon as he is able.
