Pitchers, remember that respect matters.
Getting hit by a pitch is part of softball, but when it happens, show sportsmanship. A simple apology, checking on the batter, or acknowledging the situation goes a long way. We compete hard, but we also respect our opponents. Character is shown not only in how you play the game, but in how you treat others when things don't go as planned.

Some teams measure success by winning pool games and championships. For us, starting this new season is about something bigger - coming together and staying together as a team. Learning how to overcome frustration, battle through errors, and make adjustments together.
Every word of encouragement matters and can impact a player long after they leave the field. We are grateful for the opportunity to compete in our local tournament, surrounded by friends and family who continue to support these girls.
This group is full of tough, hardworking young ladies, and we're proud of the growth, effort, and heart they continue to show every time they step on the field. 🩷🩵🩷🩵

Having a complete team for our 1st tournament meant a lot to me along with some special guest players from last season. Our biggest goal is helping them learn each other's ups and downs, how to correct mistakes, and how to grow together as a team.
I'm super proud of how they handled tough situations during gameplay and how they bounced back through hard moments. Softball is more than wins and losses — it's about learning how to hold your composure when things don't go your way, whether it's a bad play, a strikeout, or frustration on and off the field.
This group showed heart, toughness, and growth all weekend, and we couldn't be more proud of them. The future is bright for this team.
