October 18th, 2024 - on The Rooftop at Pier 17. This is the 2nd time I've seen the lads, and they did not disappoint. Everything about their set was perfect, from the vocals to the sound to the stage. And can we talk about the stage? What a Fantastic venue! Outdoors on the roof at South Street Seaport. I can't wait to go back, and I definitely can't wait to see Inhaler again.

It's Fall Veggie season! Tonight, I made a harvest grain bowl with roasted vegetables, brown rice, quinoa & millet. Delicious and perfect for those fall nights that are (hopefully!) on the way.

I got to visit my beautiful daughter at college today. It was so wonderful to see her all settled in and thriving on campus. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing her again soon! ❤️
