My house needs a lot of repairs and I can’t afford it. I thank you for what you have done for me but it hasn’t been settled yet. Kenya, I really would like to talk to you about the property. Have you got the letter from Lillian Perry stating that the mobile home and property are paid off? Every time I ask her about the original title she says she can’t find it. The DMV in Atlanta will not talk to me only my attorney. Have you spoke with Monica yet? My house is still full of mole and mill due and it has been 3 weeks and now I have went to my Doctor yesterday because I have bronchitis due to asthma. Kenya, When I first came to you for help on settling with my brothers-in-law on a mobile home with 2 acres, I had my neighbor with me and you sat with us and told us about your troubles and how you had got on your knees to ask God to help you and you had tears when you told us all about you and your past. You agreed to take my case on consignment and we started. Now that Marjorie is always answering the phone she said that you don’t do containment and you needed 5,000 up front to represent me. It has been almost 4 years now since my husband passed and my brother in law has put everything in his wife’s name and the mobile home has been sent off for lost deed and someone had to sign my name to take me off. As you found out it is in Joel C Parker name only. They are offering me 13,000 to settle and I had Chad Houser for appraisals and you have the copy. I wish you would still represent me and you get your money as i will. I call several times but Margie want let me talk to you. I really thought we had agreement on the contiguous payment, but I guess you don’t what we agreed on. Kenya I really appreciate all you did with the letters you sent out and I wish we could talk again and go forward with my case. I have never received any money from them but they want me to settle now for 13,000 and I said NO. My brother in law is in really bad health now and don’t know how long he has to live. If you will answer me back and let me know if you will still help me or not, please let me know. If you can’t then I will try to find another attorney that will try to help me.
