Summer Strength & Conditioning is off to a great start at THHS! Congrats to the inaugural winners of the Tiger Of The Week Award Kody Bitter and Lacey Petersen💪🏼 Keep setting a higher standard!
Top Tier Performance will accept new participants for its camps and walk-ins throughout the entirety of the first week of camp from June 1st-4th. Camp runs from 11-12pm each day with 3rd-5th grade going on Tuesday/Thursday and 6th-8th grade going on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Join the rest of the group and don’t miss out on the opportunity to take your young athlete to the next level this summer!

Top Tier Performance will be holding Summer of 2021 Sports Performance Camps! Regardless of your sport TTP will help take you to the next level.
3rd-5th grade will focus primarily on body weight strength exercises, body control/awareness, and intro speed/agility training!
6th-8th grade will improve in overall strength/power while learning proper lifting form with the use of free weights, speed/agility training, and intro plyometrics!
Performance Camp oppurtunites for High School athletes to come.
