1 - 425 coming soon properties hit the MLS, meaning that people are still planning on selling their homes this summer.

2 - 2,500+ brand new listings hit the market. This confirms that people still need to sell their homes amidst the pandemic and realtors are finding new ways to do the majority of our business virtually.

3 - 2,500+ homes went pending last week alone. This indicates that buyer demand and confidence remains strong throughout the Twin Cities market.
