CBS spent two days at FASTC to experience first-hand what it is like to participate in FACT training, which makes up roughly two-thirds of annual FASTC training and is required of U.S. Department of State personnel serving overseas, along with other federal agency personnel under the security responsibility of the Secretary of State.
