I began my journey with Weigh to Wellness on March 2, 2020. Everyone there has been most supportive. They have helped me with my determination and will power to stick with their regimen. Thank you all so much for helping me reach my goal of losing 25 pounds. It is so nice to be in a smaller dress size.
I began water aerobics late February and then the shutdown came. I had ordered 2 nice swimsuits. Classes opened up last week. My 2 new swimsuits just hung on me. Thank you, Weigh to Wellness, to helping me get my figure back. I am so grateful and my husband and family are extremely proud of me, as are my doctors!🤗
