Hey All.
Well I decided to try Burton Training after my trainer moved plus his ads kept stalking me on Facebook😊 and he's about 5 minutes from my front door. Well I can say 4 months later I'm really enjoying and benefitting training with Adam. He has broken my metabolic slow down hence my long standing weight loss plateau. It's obvious this is a ministry for him not just a job. He pours into his clients like they are family and if you follow his coaching and teaching you will be successful. I've also met some wonderful ladies in class. The eating plan works well for me. Not complex and crazy like some. The change to eating grassfed and responsibly raised hasn't been hard and the meats are really not that much more than nongrassfed. I prefer group exercise or one on one because it motivates me and gives me the extra push to keep going even when I may not feel like being there. Also I would not do burpees on my on. To those who say I'm not paying for a trainer because it cost too much. Well I've been a nurse over 30 years and trust me you'll rather pay to prevent illness because being sick is far more expensive, both financially and emotionally. Everyday I read some patients record who is sick simply because they didn't care enough to eat better and exercise or didn't realize it matter. Legs amputated before 35 or on dialysis for 40 years or short of breath due to heart failure. All of which are usually preventable barring some genetic reason. Aging brings it's own issues that we cannot avoid but we don't need to add to them by eating ourselves to a slow, miserable death. I'm down 25 lbs since 1/7/19. 25 more to go to 1st goal then I'll set next. Just wanted to thank Trainer Atom for his committment and short, easy 30 minute workouts 😉 #MakeHealthAPriority🥊🏋🏽‍♀️🏊🏾‍♂️

We know that when you are sick the immune system has been compromised.

Do you see anything on these labels that tells you it is strengthening your immune system? No.

The labels are telling you what SYMPTOMS the medications relieve.

Your body has the ability to heal itself IF you give it the proper materials and allow it to recover.

Remember when they tricked you into thinking turkey bacon was more healthy than real bacon?

Never eat turkey bacon. It is not real..this is the type of bacon you should eat if you decide to eat bacon.

When I talk to people about pork they always tell me “pork is disgusting... pigs eat anything and they are gross”

This statement is only true about commercial pigs on large farms.

This is why I said we have to support LOCAL farms.

Small farms that have pigs are eating GRASS and vegetables. These are healthy pigs no matter what we may have been taught.

Pork/Beef is not bad...we have been mislead. It is what you feed the pig that makes it bad. A pig is one of the healthiest and most nutritious animals on the planet but... ONLY IF THE PIG IS GRASS FED/ Vegetarian fed.

Like I said in previous posts...we have to learn and re-learn nutrition.

Just a soft reminder that lemon 🍋 in water is not detoxing.

Again.. lemon 🍋 in water is not detoxing

Cucumber 🥒 in water is not detoxing.

Strawberries 🍓 in water is not detoxing.

Adding fruit 🍏 🍇 to your water is not enough to detox as an adult.

Fruit does have detoxing *properties* but it’s not enough on its own to detox an adult.

Detoxing should be customized as much as possible.

Example: Someone with iron deficiency should have more iron during a detox. Someone with poor gut bacteria should have more digestive enzymes during a detox

Being bow legged is a symptom of a Vitamin D deficiency. It’s called rickets.

Depression, high blood pressure, cavities, heart failure and heart disease are also symptoms of low vitamin D.

More than ONE BILLION people are deficient in vitamin D. (Mostly brown people)

**Children, diabetics, those with skin disorders and cancer patients are at a higher risk for a vitamin D deficiency.

Two weeks ago Lena Welch scheduled a call with this message.
