We are looking for a Talented Stylist/Colorist wanting to establish themselves as a top talent in Birmingham! We grow our clientele organically so our followers are real people looking for real talent by way of color skills, haircuts, perms, blowouts etc. Together, we can show Birmingham what skills you bring to us and build your clientele!
We need you to have the talent, skills, and capability to work.

We Employ all of our stylists taking care of booking, all color costs, all credit processing, unemployment costs, etc. We want you to be able to focus clearly on hair!
Slide scale Pay from 45% to 55%
You keep 100% of tips
BCBS Group Plan (When part of plan we cover Platinum Dental)
401K with 4%match (after 1 year)
10% Retail Bonus
Established business for 18 years with great reputation. We have grown organically. Our clients and followers are real world people whom are looking for amazing stylists to do their magic!

From you we need loyalty. We give you our clients and we need to trust you will know what to do when they ask for it. We need you to be capable of showing up to work as our stylists are typically booked out at least one week ahead. Goal oriented with the capability of adapting and learning. We want hair to be at the forefront of what you are wanting to do as a career.

We have a unique business model that creates a space for our employed stylists to focus on hair and not about all of the other things that distracts stylists for the main focus! We also do not pay off DJ’s by doing their hair, buy Rewards and recognition, and buy our followers on IG for advertising; this is why when we receive a free neighborhood recognition we know it is organic.
