Today, people are wearing red to honor and promote Heart Awareness. The goals of wearing red today is to bring greater attention to heart disease. It’s the leading cause of death for Americans.

Not only is it important to exercise and eat right to maintain a healthy heart…it’s important that we acknowledge that God cares about our heart as well. Let’s remember the importance of a healthy heart! Not just in improving heart health but doing a heart check on how we love and show up for others! ❤️❤️
