This is what “l want to go lighter” looks like…my client goal is to be a very light neutral blonde, but we’ve been doing a VERY warm red/brown for the last 2 years.

The first pic is of our normal color we’ve been doing; second is her first “lift”, and third is 6 weeks later and her second “lift”. After our next six week appointment she will be at her goal.

I’m always transparent with my guests; if you’ve been doing warm, red, orange tones, or box dyes lightening is a process…especially if you are about the integrity of the hair. If you’re willing I o be patient we can achieve your dream color! Also, it’s EXTREMELY important to use quality color lines that will determine how fast you’re able to lift pigments our! Colors such as Adore, Splat, or any of the “beauty masters” pure tones are hell to get out!
