Eden committed to Pepperdine University, and I couldn’t be more proud. She worked hard, became a regent scholar, and followed God’s will in her life.
As a dad, having a daughter that follows God’s will, instead of what’s comfortable and/or easy is all I’ve ever wanted for her.

The number one way God influences your life is through your relationships. The number one way the devil influences your life also happens to be through your relationships.
So yes, the people you surround yourself with make a huge difference.

Acceptance isn’t synonymous with approval.

I’ve failed as a father...

A pastor friend of mine said that the problem in their church is that people are being discipled by the news instead of the Bible.

Resolutions change nothing.

Repentance changes everything.

What ever happened to killing people with kindness in our society? It’s not ok to lash out, be mean, or say untrue things just because you’re upset or disagree.

The Gospel message is needed now more than ever.

One of the fastest paths to healing from your hurt is to help someone else even while you are still hurting.

This is sad but true for some.
I’m loyal to a fault.

Christmas is not about presents...but His presence.

If you don’t prioritize church in your life, they probably won’t either.

So good to able to speak to and be the chaplain for the day for ETBU basketball team today. They came to Alabama, got a win and are now headed back home.

No one is meant to go through tough times on their own. Embrace the people God sent you to be in your life.

The Bible is not a book about bad people and good people. It’s a story about really bad people, and a great God who desires to show them redemption.

It's hard to understand the will of God for your life, without the Word of God in your life.

Wherever you are...decide now that you’re going to church tomorrow, and invite others to go with you. You won’t regret it.

How you treat people says a lot about you,...and what you believe.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.
