Providing affordable housing and supportive services... These services help our residents age at home and live independently for as long as possible.
Episcopal Place is an affordable housing apartment community that serves 146 seniors and disabled adults who live on fixed incomes. Episcopal Place's foundation raises funds to provide transportation, subsidized housekeeping and noon meals, resident activities, health programs, pastoral care and worship services.
Episcopal Place is proud to announce the completion of phase one of its new pollinator garden, a beautiful, environmentally and wheelchair accessible conscious addition to its campus.
Yesterday, Bishop Curry blessed the opening of our garden along with some of the residents!
Phase two and three of the pollinator gardens being installed around the building are set to be underway by the new year.

We want to again thank Bishop Curry and The Episcopal Church in Alabama, our board members, donors, and partners for their support in this project.
Such a sweet spirit at Episcopal Place yesterday.
Thank you for being a friend!
Our residents put on and directed A One-Act Play from The Golden Girls. It was a blast and had an amazing turn out of other residents and friends and family supporting this community. Along with celebrating our original Golden Girl, Ramona Bozeman, who last week turned 96 years old!
O almighty and eternal God, who sees us surrounded by so many dangers and challenges, grant in your infinite goodness your protection over all those in the path of Hurricane Milton. Give continued healing to those still suffering from past storms, wisdom to those who lead our communities and agencies, and a spirit of generosity toward neighbors where sacrifice is needed. We ask this through Christ our Lord, who is our constant help and protector, now and forevermore. Amen
It's Ageism Awareness Day. Let's reshape how we see getting older, celebrate the wisdom, strength, and purpose that come with age, and never stop Growing Bolder!
