Overbrushing doesn’t make you an overachiever! Brushing too hard can lead to unwanted recession and excessive wear on your enamel creating possible discoloration and sensitivity.
Be sure to brush gently in circular motions with a soft bristle brush or try using an electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor to keep you in check!
