We want to hear about what Disability Pride Month means to each of you!! Share you story by using

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you transform negative thoughts into positive ones which can boost your mood and overall well-being. But understanding your thoughts, feelings and behavior you can create a happier, healthier life.

Take time for your self this weekend to grow through journaling. This week’s prompts are about what we all have inside of us somewhere, inner strength!

Incorporating mindfulness into your routine can transform your mental and physical health. Start with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase your practice. Meditating is just one way of practicing mindfulness. You can also practice by being present through using one of your 5 senses and using non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings.

Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) is great for enhancing your well-being, having increased self-awareness, improving relationships, and having greater psychological flexibility. ACT is for everyone!

Feeling persistently sad, hopeless, or losing interest in things you once loved could be signs of depression, a serious mental health condition that impacts your daily life. Remember, it’s different from normal mood swings and needs professional care for effective recovery. Seek some help from a therapist or psychologist and loved ones and prioritize your mental well-being. 💙

This week we are focusing on how physical activity can boost your mental well-being!! Stay tuned for an adaptive yoga flow later this week ☺️

Day 5: B R E A T H !! Inhale love and light, exhale self doubt.

Today we are sharing how what we eat can affect our mental health. Healthy gut -> healthy body -> healthy mind -> healthy relationships with yourself and others. Give your tummy some love this month!!

Day 4, be mindful of your screen time! Endless scrolling can lead to depression and anxiety. Try taking today to make it all about what’s going on in the present moment of your life, not thousands of people you don’t know. The world is vast outside of that little screen 💕✨
