The Birmingham Land Bank Authority will be closing applications for the year on November 22, 2021 at 8am and will reopen on January 1st, 2022 at 8am. Closing applications during the week of Thanksgiving and reopening on New Years day will become an annual tradition for the BLBA to give our board and staff time to come up with new ways to make our organization even better. Though applications will be closed during this time, our office will remain open to take your calls and emails and to process applications submitted before November 22nd.
