Cameron is killing it in all ways in the gym! This video shows her conquering box jumps. Below you can see her testimonial about her experience with our nutrition coaching program. If you are interested in nutrition coaching let me know! -I have been a member at Crossfit Rebellion for a little over 1 year and have been working with Kyle for nutrition guidance for the last several months. Both of these experiences have greatly changed my life for the better. I struggled with disordered eating in high school and during much of my young adulthood so naturally, I was nervous to to start counting calories and tracking macros; however, my experience has been incredibly positive. It has allowed me to take control, while learning a great deal about nutrition and what it means to eat a balanced diet while properly fueling my body. Even though I wasn’t eating terribly before working with Kyle, he assisted me in eating in a safe deficit in order to loose body fat, while maintaining and gaining muscle. Although he may seem intimidating at times (LOL), he has been very understanding and supportive. I really appreciate that while he wants us to hit our calorie and macro targets, he also cares about what foods we are putting into our bodies and advocates for natural, whole foods. I appreciate that the scale is only one tool he utilizes to assess progress, while also taking into account muscle mass and body fat percentage via the DEXA scan, as well as looking at gym performance. Growing up in a time where skinny was the only goal, both Crossfit and the corresponding nutrition guidance have not only helped heal body image issues but also made me stronger, healthier and more capable at 36 than ever before! I love that longevity and functional fitness are at the heart of Rebellion and I know I am well on my way to achieving my fitness goals!
