Job Title: Back-of-House Team Member (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time

Position Summary
The Village is seeking a reliable and hardworking Back-of-House Team Member to support daily kitchen and restaurant operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas
• Stock and organize inventory and supplies
• Assist with food preparation as directed
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not
required
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Availability
• Flexible schedule required
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
