Deep Rooted Hypnotherapy

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. My name is Tanya and I am from Billings Mt.

Became a hypnotherapist in the past year and couldn’t be happier about my decision. I freaking love helping people, watch seeing their results and being a cheerleader for them! I am grateful for this gift I was given!

“Anger isn’t the problem… it’s the signal.”

We’re taught to suppress anger, hide it, “be nice”… but anger doesn’t just go away. It waits. It builds. It leaks out in ways we don’t always recognize—short tempers, distance, control, even exhaustion.

Because underneath anger? There’s usually something more vulnerable… hurt, rejection, abandonment, fear.

Trauma has a way of wiring the nervous system to react before we can even think. So what looks like “overreacting” is often a body remembering something it never got to process.

Anger feels powerful—but it keeps you stuck in a loop your mind is tired of replaying.

What if your anger wasn’t something to fix… but something to understand?

✨ If you’re ready to break that cycle and feel in control again, let’s work together. Message me to get started.

Tanya ❤️

What if the thing making you anxious… hasn’t even happened yet?

Worry is just your mind time-traveling into a future it can’t control.

Playing out worst-case scenarios. Rehearsing problems that may never exist.

And your body?

It doesn’t know the difference.

So it reacts. Tight chest. Racing thoughts. Exhaustion.

You’re literally making yourself sick over “what if.”

But here’s the truth—

Most of what you worry about never happens. And if it does? You’ll handle it, just like you always have.

So why suffer twice?

What if you started trusting yourself more than your fear?

✨ You don’t have to live in that loop.

If you’re ready to quiet your mind and take your power back, let’s work together.

DM me “PEACE” or book a call—your calm is waiting.

I was thinking… judgment says a lot more about the judge than the story.

After years of listening, learning, and really paying attention, I’ve noticed something: the people quickest to judge are often the ones who haven’t lived it yet. And life has a funny way of teaching those exact lessons.

We hear one side of a story and run with it like it’s fact. But are we really that gullible? The first version is usually polished, protective… and missing responsibility.

No two experiences—divorce, grief, parenting, healing—are ever the same. So why do we act like there’s a “right” way?

Maybe it’s time we stop trying to make people look bad to feel better.

It’s outdated. It’s learned. And honestly… it’s kind of gross.

Choose curiosity over criticism. Always.

You Are Enough,
Tanya ❤️
