Long time without me posting. I hope you all are well. I'm finally feeling good after several months of not. I've been stuck since I left Lone Tree. I moved my mom out of her house, packed up my studio/shop after 12 years of being there and moved it to my new home, packed up my ex husband, packed up my entire house and moved to Bettendorf with my two sons, went through a divorce, a body transformation, a soul transformation, finally was settling here and then, BOOM! Covid hit. This is all in the past 3 years. September of 2020, I started a new, but long distance relationship with a man who I thought was "the one". I was wrong. I was heartbroken. I've learned many lessons and am finally in a good place. I have always cared about my business, but it hasn't been my top priority. I'm ready now to get back to it. I'm redoing my entire website because I had no clue what I was doing. One day.... it hit me. I know what I want to do and will have help to complete it. I'm getting preliminary things done and then all new pictures will be taken for it. It's gonna happen. I hope to have it completed by spring. I'm being realistic. Anyways...... I owe no explanation to anyone for anything, but felt like sharing. Many of you have been wearing my creations for the past 31 years and I thank you for your support. I'm looking forward to creating and being more successful than ever. Thank you!

It's me! I have no other tie dye pictures to post at the moment. Anyways, good news! I ordered a new laptop today so I can bust arse on my website. I'm still hoping to have it published by the end of September. Thanks for bearing with me. The last 5 months have been a struggle for me, but I'm back on top, well... more like the middle, but hey... it's better than being down. Btw, if some of you haven't seen me in years, yes it's still me. I've desecrated many pounds.

My Lone Tree house finally got listed! Yay!!! My final big to do on my list is my website. This week I'm organizing, cleaning, pricing items that I tucked away and getting ready for photographing the rest of my inventory starting next week for my website. I also need a new desktop computer (considering that mine is still on Windows 7 and can't be upgraded) and a system set up for shipping. I'm so tech challenged so this is kind of nerve racking, but I know once it's up, it's just maintenance from there on out. My goal is still to have it up and running before the end of September. Please continue to bear with me. If you are in want of anything currently made, hit me up.

I've been working hard for the past several weeks and rebuilding my inventory. I have the last load in the washer and am looking forward to getting everything priced up and ready for Ya Maka My Weekend in Rock Island, IL this Saturday the 14th. After that I will finally list my home in Lone Tree and focus on my website. I know it seems like it's taking me forever to get things going. I've had many roadblocks along the way. If the Universe could bless me with some normalcy, that would be great. Regardless, I've been doing this for 30 years now and am finally ready to give it my full time attention. My youngest is 12 now and doesn't need me like he did. I don't know whether to smile or cry? I suppose I can multitask and do both. Anyways, I hope to see you Saturday.

It's been a long time since I've posted anything on my page. I've been working on dyeing almost daily for the past 4 weeks. I'm going to have a small booth at Ya Maka My Weekend in the downtown district of Rock Island, Illinois on the 14th of August. Come see me and listen to some Reggae music. The first time I set up there was 27 years ago. I'm listing my house in Lone Tree and focusing on my website after next weekend. I've been focusing on important tasks I should have done long ago. I'm bound and determined to make my website a success. I hope you all are doing well! I hope to see you next Saturday.

I'm selling off my inventory of already dyed clothing for at least 40% off the original price. All dyes are in my studio in Bettendorf. I have a side door at my home that goes directly down to my studio. I will require a mask and will wear one as well. Feel free to message me or call to set up an appointment.

Long time, no post. I hope you are all doing well and are staying healthy. I'm still in business, but am currently not working due to brain fog. As soon as it ceases, I will be back at it. Hopefully soon. You can still put in custom orders though.

The future is more uncertain now than ever and it's easy to feel down and scared during these times. The one thing we must not lose is hope. I personally have hope of a better society collectively after this chapter is closed. We have failed in so many ways and have choices to make as humans. We are ALL important. We are ALL the love and light that keeps this planet spinning. I hope we all use this time to look deeply within ourselves and be the love that this planet needs so badly. I hope we stop taking even the smallest of things for granted. I hope we realize how important retail workers, farmers, medical professionals, teachers, janitors, artists and truck drivers are, just to name a few. As I felt the sun shining on me, I felt hope that all this is really a blessing in disguise. Please be safe.

I know it's been a long time since I have posted anything. I hope you all have enjoyed the holidays and I wish you all a blessed new year. Starting January 2nd, I will be available to do custom dyeing. Currently I will be able to do Shibori and ice dyeing only. I have a ginormous amount of undyed items just waiting to become beautiful. I have sizes from newborn to 5X adults, queen sheet sets, long curtains, fat quarters (quilting term, not w**d), sarongs, socks and all kinds of stuff that I forgot. I can also repurpose natural fiber clothing for you. I'm looking forward to creating again on a regular basis. Life is good!

My studio has finally been used! I'm only able to do ice dyeing and Shibori dyeing until I get my other washer here from Lone Tree. Sorry, these are all spoken for. I will be taking custom orders after the new year. Two of these I made for myself. It feels great to dye again! Happy Yule! Winter is the time for rebirth and I'm looking so forward to a fresh start.
