While I was working today, my 5 year old was at home getting her houses under contract. She got her nanny (my mom) in a beauty of a home! 😂
I love that she watches me work and is picking up on the little things. We learned tonight that once a contract is signed by all parties, we then execute and send to the title company. ❤️
