Introducing our Strength Training classes for Fall 2024! These classes are open to all levels of strength training experience. There will be workouts with dumbbells, barbells, weight machines, bands, and more!

Join us in a 3-part Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness Workshop! You'll learn about the role of the mind-body connection in spiritual well-being, explore the roots and practice of yoga, and engage in mindfulness exercises to cultivate self-awareness. π§ πΆβπ«οΈ
This workshop will be led by Bini, a psychologist in Student Mental Health who will be facilitating dialogue on the role of psychospiritual health in well-being, and Jimmy, who teaches yoga and meditation, and weaves play, poetry, and curiosity into his Hatha/Iyengar-influenced classes. π± π
