Iron Triangle Eskrima (formerly Oakland Eskrima) offers Filipino knife and stickfighting instruction under master Peter Elmedolan.

Doce Pares is a style of Eskrima originating in Cebu City (Philippines). Some of its founders had practical experience as guerilla fighters against Japanese occupying forces during WW2. Doce Pares also absorbed techniques from Aikido, Judo and Ju-jitsu and combined these with sticks, knives and other bladed weapons to form a sophisticated curriculum comprising:
