Happy 3rd Birthday to Sloane! Per her request, we made chocolate unicorn cupcakes for her unicorn-themed birthday party.

New dessert creation - cherry or strawberry cheesecake in a jar. Layers of either fresh strawberries or homemade cherry pie filling, vanilla cake, cheesecake and whipped topping.

Zucchini bread made with zucchini from our garden. Nothing like fresh organic ingredients! And we ran out of walnuts, so pecans made a great substitute.

Starting off the new year baking for family. Here’s my version of chocolate chip muffins (adding peanut butter in the batter), because well, peanut butter makes everything taste better. And as requested, guava bread. The outcome was surprisingly delicious. Probably won’t make it again because Guava takes a lot of work to prep. The added drizzle on top (not pictured) changed it from breakfast to dessert, hah! Happy New Year to you all!
