Families are built in countless ways, and every family deserves to be seen, supported, and valued. ❤️
At For All Mothers+, we know that advancing maternal equity means supporting all parents, caregivers, and family-building journeys. It means recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to parenthood and that everyone deserves access to the care, resources, opportunities, and support systems they need to thrive.
As we continue our work to eliminate the Motherhood Penalty, we’re committed to listening, learning, and leaning into conversations with LGBTQ+ athlete mothers and parents to better understand the barriers that impact participation in sport, movement, and everyday life.
Today and every day, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ parents, caregivers, and families. 🌈

Last year, more than 900 mothers applied for the Childcare So You Can Get Out There Grant with .
Their applications told a powerful story.
Not of a lack of motivation, talent, or desire—but of the very real barriers that stand between mothers and movement: the cost of childcare, the logistics, the mental load, and the challenge of finding time for themselves.
The quotes in these slides come directly from 2025 applicants. They are a reminder that for many moms, getting to a start line—or returning to sport after becoming a parent—is about much more than training.
It’s about support.
If childcare is standing between you and your next race, adventure, or return to movement, we encourage you to apply to this year’s 2026 Childcare Grant.

Happy Global Running Day 🏃♀️✨
Today, we’re celebrating every mother who gets out there.
The mothers running before the kids wake up. The mothers squeezing in miles between work and caregiving. The mothers returning to movement after pregnancy, postpartum, loss, or life-changing transitions. The mothers chasing finish lines, fresh air, community, joy, and a little time for themselves.
We’re also celebrating everyone helping move this work forward.
Because every conversation about childcare. Every race that offers family support. Every advocate, donor, volunteer, partner, and participant. Every step toward better systems for mothers helps create more opportunities for women to stay connected to sport.
At For All Mothers+, we’re proud to be running toward maternal equity and a future without the Motherhood Penalty.
And today, we’re especially excited that our Childcare Grant applications are still open — helping more mothers access the support they need to train, race, and get OUT THERE 🤍. Head to the link in the bio for more info ✨
Thank you for being part of this movement. Thank you for believing mothers belong in sport. And thank you for helping build a future where motherhood and athletic ambition can thrive side by side.

June is here, and so are important elections happening across the country. 🗳️
At For All Mothers+, we believe motherhood is more than a personal experience — it’s shaped by policies, systems, and decisions made at every level of government. From paid family leave and childcare access to maternal healthcare and reproductive freedom, elections have real impacts on mothers and families. 🤍
Voting is one of the most powerful ways we can advocate for a future where mothers are supported, protected, and able to thrive.
As election season continues, take time to understand what’s on your ballot, learn about the issues affecting mothers and families, and make a plan to vote. ✨
