It wasn’t a choice; it was destiny. What began as a late-night snack became alive. Schmakerz breathes. Schmakerz beats. Schmakerz schmaks. Drive-Up Service: Pull up, order ahead, or order on the spot. We’ll serve hot through your window so you never have to leave the comfort of your seat. Pop-Ups Around Bend: Markets, breweries, concerts, and street corners — we pick spots that feel alive and hungry. Events & Catering: From intimate backyard hangs to big festivals and corporate feedings — we bring fast service, premium ingredients, and the Schmak Attack. Delivery: Pick us up in-person or get Schmakerz on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.

Every Schmakerz is built to schmak:

Ed’s Bread English Muffins — toasted to golden, soft, and sturdy. Local Eggs — Bend-raised, fried or scrambled to order. Tillamook Cheese — real Oregon cheese that pulls and stretches. Better Fats — avocado oil for flavor + health; beef tallow where richness calls for it. No cheap seed oils. Portion Promise — meat, cheese, and toppings ~4 oz per sandwich — real food, real portions. Top picks:

Avocado Deluxe — Egg, Tillamook, smashed avocado (lime + salt), applewood bacon or sausage. Sweet Potato Avocado Smash — Tender sweet potatoes, avocado smash with avocado oil, finished with grass-fed beef tallow for that savory pop. Classic Bacon or Sausage Schmakerz — The OG sealed muffin, melty cheese, and perfectly cooked egg.

Inspired By the Best (what we learned)

We built Schmakerz by stealing the good ideas and making them cheesier: keep the menu tight and execute each item brilliantly (a la In-N-Out’s “fresh, made-to-order” focus). We also lean hard into local sourcing and seasonal creativity — Burgerville shows how strong local partnerships and regional menus can become a brand’s identity, and we follow that model for Bend.

Expect: seasonal specials, local collabs (roasters, breweries, bakeries), loyalty perks for regulars, and bigger evening/lunch schmak bags. Our goal is to roll out of the shadows and be Bend’s go-to cheesy ritual.
