Hefeweissbier Dunkel. I was worried about the funky flavors right after kegging. We had some hot days during fermentation, and that's never good. But it's been in the keg for a few weeks now and it has mellowed out. Quite tasty now.

In the boil kettle: Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel clone. With any luck, it should look a bit like this in a few weeks.

My Feckin' Irish Red Ale. Bit cloudy yet and a little maltier than my palate is used to, but it's quite drinkable. 5.9% abv.
Stout was a success. Next brew: Irish Red Ale.

This stuff's not even carbonated and it's totally drinkable. In the keg: Russian Imperial Stout (8.2%). Very happy with this one.

Presently Mashing: Russian Imperial Stout. Should end up in the 8-12% range. Kinda grabs you by the boo boo.

It's close... very, very close. And it smells sooooo good. And it's going to be called Donkey Puncher IPA unless someone other than Adam intervenes.

Doing the Monster Mash as we speak.
It's been far, far too long since I fired up a batch. Making an IPA tomorrow for kegging. I open to names for it. Preferably nothing ebola-related.
