What do we do about add-ons.
A huge shootout to all of our local businesses that have supported our kids over the years. Please know our goal is to pour our money into supporting you all during this time. I know some hours have been changed and adjusted and some doors temporarily closed but this FFA family wants to support you anyway we can. Please drop your hours below and any adjustments so we can support you all during this time!
Words cannot express how thankful Kolby is to have received a Bell County Youth Fair scholarship. He has been involved with the BCYF is whole life and loved every minute. Thank you Lindsey Strait and the Kevin Coates family for awarding this wonderful scholarship. Kolby has big plans for the future and y’all have helped greatly. Thanks so much!

Each meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will be open to the public.

April 12th – Orientation/Intro, General Rule Change Suggestions, Auction Discussion, Judges Committee, Show Photographer
April 19th – Sheep, Goats, Rabbits & Poultry
April 26th – Cattle, Swine & FCS
May 3rd – Horses, Commercial Steer & Ag. Mech
May 10th - Judge’s Committee Report, Livestock Judging, Horse Judging, Ag Product ID, Vet Science Skillathon, Photographer & Final Changes
The Board requests that Superintendents attend the meeting of their division.
Any member wishing to address the Board must contact Cheri O’Braden, at 254-933-5309 or [email protected] for placement on the agenda no less than three (3) days before the meeting.

We realize that this is a busy time of the year for most of you, but Main Buyer Thank You Cards are still DUE TOMORROW!!
FRIDAY, MARCH 11th!!!
After office hours, you may drop them in the outside drop box.
During the lunch hour, you may put them in the envelope on the office door or slide them under the door.
We mailed out the lists the week after the fair. Please contact the Fair Office if you have not received yours.

check. Notes must be enclosed in a STAMPED ENVELOPE AND ADDRESSED TO THE BUYER. If the

A recommendation from the fair office:

We recommend that you keep a journal of your show career from the first show you participate in to the last- from County to Jack Pots to Majors. This will help you keep track of your progress as well as provide important information you will need for scholarship applications and record books.

A simple notebook will do or Amazon offers several versions of a "Show Journal" to keep track of shows, placings, expenses, hotel info, deadlines and such. I have a few in the fair office if you would like to check them out.

If you did not pick up your items during the designated check out time on Thursday, Feb. 10th, you may pick up your nonfood items, ribbons and country store money at the CEO from Wed., Feb. 16th to Fri., Feb. 18th.
***We will dispose of all food items not picked up on Feb. 10th.
If you do not pick up by Feb. 18th your items will become property of the BCYF and your country store money will be forfeited.
