May is National Bike Month! Bicycling can promote a happier and healthier community, and serve as a sustainable mode of transportation.
While out and about on your bicycle, remember large vehicles have huge blind spots, making it difficult for drivers to see bicyclists. Avoid riding behind or aside a truck or bus that is backing up or preparing to make a wide turn. Drivers often cannot see directly behind their vehicle.
