In honor of World Fair Trade Day, we're looking back at one of our favorite memories from 2024: touring coffee farms in Peru with Fair Trade Certified.

Since 1988, Fair Trade Certified has worked to ensure farmers and workers get a fair price for their goods, a fair wage for their labor, and additional funds to support critical community projects.

We're proud to exclusively roast Fair Trade Certified coffee and were thrilled to see the excellent work being done by the talented coffee producers at Laguna de los Condores, Sol & Cafe, Cenfrocafe, La Prosperidad de Chirinos, Casil, and Aprocassi.

Let’s talk decaf ☕️💤

To celebrate the packaging glow-up of our decaf blend Clouds Rest, our team headed up north to visit the Decaf Facility. We learned so much about the Swiss Water® Process, saw it in action, and cupped various decaf coffees in the Swiss Water Lab.

Not all decaf is created equal. Conventional decaffeination methods involve chemicals that can compromise the soluble substances of the beans, altering the taste of the coffee. The Swiss Water® Process uses pure water to gently remove caffeine from green coffee, without any lingering chemical residue. The result is a decaf that tastes much closer to the original.

Frostline is back ❄️

Winter in the PNW is magic: crisp morning air, towering evergreens, snow-dusted mountain peaks - there's nowhere we'd rather be.

Frostline is an homage to this special time of year, showcasing warm notes of brown sugar and toasted hazelnut with a blend of organic Fair Trade Certified lots from Peru and Ethiopia.

It's cozy and satisfying - our favorite blend for a slow morning by the fire, a holiday gathering with loved ones, or a brisk outdoor adventure. Cheers ☕️

It's cloudberry-picking season, and these sunny days call for a coffee that is deliciously sweet and a little complex ☕️

Our Cloudberry blend, named after the iconic northwest fruit, is a light-medium roast bursting with big summer flavors like fresh mixed berries and sweet toffee.

We love this blend for slow-sipping on a lazy Sunday morning, or over ice on a sunny afternoon by the pool. This is definitely one to savor for summer ☀️
