EFMP Family Support is excited to offer a VIRTUAL workshop for our program orientation next month!

⚕️EFMP 101: An introduction to EFMP! This workshop will provide attendees with knowledge about the program and available support/resources while getting to learn about the three EFMP facets: family support, medical, and assignments. Attendees will be able to ask questions and get answers in real time. Join us on Friday, 24 July at 1 pm via TEAMS.

2027 VA Disability Pay Increase: What Veterans Need to Know
The annual Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) could mean higher VA disability compensation payments in 2027.

Current projections estimate a potential COLA increase of approximately 3.9%, which would raise monthly VA disability compensation rates if the estimate holds. However, it's important to note that the 2027 COLA has NOT been officially announced.

The official COLA percentage is expected to be released in October 2026 after additional inflation data becomes available.

💰 What could a 3.9% increase mean?
• A veteran receiving $1,000/month could see an increase of about $39/month.
• A veteran receiving $4,000/month could see an increase of about $156/month.
If finalized, the increase would apply to VA disability compensation payments beginning in January 2027.

⚠️ Remember: These figures are projections only. The final COLA percentage may be higher or lower than current estimates.
