Deoxys has one of the most unsettling intros in Rescue Team.
This alien asking “Where Am I?” really hits at the fact that Deoxys is lost on another world and truly doesn’t belong here.
But that won’t stop Mega Metagross from going toe-to-toe with it!!

Finally got the full PLAYSET!!!
Steven’s Metagross ex is one of the coolest Metagross cards of the modern era and I’m so happy I got a full set of them for both my deck AND my collection binder.

While I had a great time with Rescue Team, the biggest thing I’ve noticed about Explorers of Sky is that the game is way more committed to worldbuilding and a strong sense of place. Periodically the game will have you stop and appreciate a beautiful spritework vista This does a lot for establishing the sense of wonder that you and the characters get to be a part of.
After all, you’re part of an Exploration team, if the places you explore aren’t stunning and memorable then what’s the point?
Explorers of Sky has me right there with the little guys in immersing myself in the wonderful world of Treasure Town and its surrounding landscapes.

Realest NPC in Pokémon history 💤
I just can’t get enough of how Rescue Team DX gives you to chance to face off against all kinds of Legendary Pokémon.
But the remake upgrades all the fights to feature appearances of Mega Evolutions and alternate forms!
