Thanks to some kind sharing on the Transit forum, I was able to overlay the van skin on my design model. All those undulations on the skin of the van, plus the need to use the open cavities in the van framing, required some adjustments in how I position my thru-skin plumbing fittings. This included offsetting the water tank vent and rotating it 90 degrees. I think I have it dialed in for now. www.EigerVans.com

Latest gem. Same overall size as our last cabinet, but this will have four drawers facing two different directions), a small compartment at the rear with a cabinet door, and a large “double-box” at the bottom on 54” full-extension, lock in/out slides.

New project early framing pics. Solid birch dovetail full-extension drawer "double-box" that will get mounted to heavy-duty 54" Accuride slides. This design has three drawers facing forward, one cabinet door opening to the side, and another cabinet door opening to the back of the van. A 3/4" HDPE shelf will be located inside the cabinet compartment on adjustable height brackets.
