Bizarre Star Strings is a trio of talented string players (violin, viola, and cello) and singers who specialize in creating arrangements collaboratively in the studio. Based in Portland, Oregon, we have arranged and recorded as a trio with numerous major label and indie artists since 2010, including The Decemberists, My Morning Jacket, Case / Lang / Veirs, and Band of Horses.

A little late, but happy to post about our incredible time performing with Thunderpussy at on Thursday!!! I think we all kinda fell in love. Such beautiful people, such incredible music. Thank you to and for filling in—you two are crushingly good, and absolutely delightful humans. And thank you to for doing all the work 😎, and to for having us!! Hope to do this again sometime. Also…we decided to nerd out on some Xmas carols between check and the show. Enjoy. 🎄🎶🎻
