1.2.2026 Portland and Western 2311 leads a consist of big UP motors across Farmington Rd in Beaverton, OR. P&W has been holding UP potash trains every month or so in Banks, OR. The UP motors are not lead qualified in the P&W / WES passenger corridor so they must be led by a P&W locomotive. This has made for some interesting power combinations.
