See, even people, with titles, seen as leaders in thier community, do bad things. Stop picking and choosing who you call out , and what you stay silent about.
There are only 2 sides to justice , the right side or the wrong side. If you sit silently, you're on the wrong side.

Not to mention, being silent, allows predators, abusers, and scammers to hurt more and more people.

Why do some folks feel like because they have some abbreviations behind or in front of thier name, that everyone should look up to them as educated, as a leader, and beleive they have good character and integrity? 😂

🚨🚨 Grizzy's Hood News drama... we use to love some grizzy's, then she became a Candice MatthewsDr mini me. 😂The Harris County Sheriff’s Office has closed investigation case #2510-10928, the complaint made by 🤡/ Griselda Castillo against Eric Sanchez, as “Exceptionally Cleared – No Arrest, No Charges.”

The case remained open for 201 days, from October 29, 2025, until it was closed on May 18, 2026.

We requested the body camera footage, 911 call recordings, and officer reports that were being withheld from release. Today was the deadline for those records to be provided, yet there has been complete radio silence from the Sheriff’s Office.

Because of the lack of response, we have contacted Internal Affairs and requested their involvement.

🤷‍♀️If there is nothing to hide, why not release the body camera footage, 911 call, and reports? She is not a police officer and does not have qualified immunity…

We will continue pursuing the records and will provide updates as they become available.

🚨🚨🚨EXCLUSIVE: Kinder Morgan’s "Trident Pipeline" Sparking Court Battles in Jefferson County
Heads up, Southeast Texas landowners! If you think the massive 216-mile Trident Pipeline is just "talk," check our local court dockets.
A deep dive into recent court records shows that the initial "polite" phase of letters and phone calls is officially over. Energy giant Kinder Morgan (operating through its subsidiary, Trident Intrastate Pipeline LLC) has officially brought the legal hammer down on rural landowners right here in our area using Eminent Domain.

📂 LOCAL COURT PROOF: The Lawsuits Have Arrived
This isn't a prediction; the legal squeeze is already happening to our neighbors. A quick look at the Jefferson County Court at Law No. 1 docket shows active condemnation cases being pushed by Trident Intrastate Pipeline LLC right now:
Trident Intrastate Pipeline LLC vs. Tipton Golias (Cause No. 26CCCV0343) — A formal Condemnation Hearing is officially scheduled for June 26 in front of Judge Gerald Eddins, with Special Commissioners already appointed to place a value on the property.
Trident Intrastate Pipeline LLC vs. French Island Farm and Ranch LP (Cause No. 25CCCV0811) — This battle has been heating up with motions flying back and forth, including local subpoenas involving Entergy.
If you own land between Katy and Port Arthur or Jefferson cointy Jefferson county anywhere you need to know what we are up against.

📉 What’s Actually Happening?
Kinder Morgan is pushing a massive 42-to-48-inch high-pressure natural gas pipeline straight from Katy to the industrial corridor in Port Arthur. Because the state classifies it as an "intrastate common carrier," the Texas Legislature has handed them the power to legally seize access to your land via condemnation lawsuits if you refuse their initial payout offers.

⚠️ The Real Pain Points for Neighbors in the Path:
The "Take It or Leave It" Offers: Right-of-way agents have been moving fast, shifting from simple property surveys to handing out final offer letters. If landowners don't sign on the dotted line, the company’s next step is filing a formal petition to condemn the land.
Lowball Initial Payouts: Corporate initial offers are notoriously designed to see what an overwhelmed property owner will accept. They rarely account for the long-term destruction of the land.

Permanent Property Damage: Once you sign a corporate easement, it’s forever. You are left dealing with disrupted land drainage, heavy restrictions on future building or agricultural use, and a permanent drop in your remaining property's market value.
Targeting Private Land: To dodge heavy federal environmental red tape, the pipeline’s route intentionally steers clear of major government forests and massive urban suburbs—meaning it is disproportionately carving right through private, rural family land in our backyard.

💡 The Bottom Line: Know Your Rights
Property owners have exactly one opportunity to fight for fair compensation for both the land sliced away and the permanent damage done to the rest of the tract.
If a right-of-way agent knocks on your door or hands you a "final offer," do not sign it out of fear. You cannot easily stop the pipeline itself, but you have a constitutional right to just compensation. Do not fight a billion-dollar corporation without an experienced Texas eminent domain attorney in your corner.
