Andy extended his real estate business to Beaumont, California, purchasing in a well established senior gated planned residential community. Andy discovered the need to help urban senior citizens to move to smaller homes in a slower, quieter area, an area that caters to the senior sector. As he list in the Beaumont area he informs Senior’s in the Los Angeles/Orange County area’s in order to help relocate.
