Congrats to our FIERCELY AVERAGE & SWEATY team Rachel & Meghan for qualifying in the Team Scaled F/F division for BCS CLASSIC 2026 in August!

100% of the registration for BCS goes directly to Mayhem Mission an organization doing incredible work both globally and here at home, meeting real needs through disaster relief, community support, and long-term impact projects.

These girls have worked hard and we can’t wait to see them kill it in August!

Our community Memorial Day workout will be this Monday, 5/25!

We will be doing MURPH - there are so many options to be able to participate in this workout at any fitness level!
