August edition of Harper’s Weekly is out! 🏠🔍
July kept us busy with 86 inspections completed, and we’re incredibly thankful for every agent and client who continues to trust us.
This week we’re covering foundation movement during the Southeast Texas heat, sharing a real inspection find from the field, spotlighting Bayou Electric, and highlighting a couple upcoming events for local agents.

This is exactly why we don’t just inspect houses, we investigate them.
Everything looked normal… until the smoke pen came out.
The air handler was quietly pulling garage air into the HVAC system through gaps that should have been sealed. That’s not something you’ll notice with your eyes alone, but it’s exactly the kind of issue that can affect your home’s air quality.
The best defects are the ones you find before they become your problem.

🏡 Build relationships with home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents
📅 Keep our schedule organized and running efficiently
📧 Manage emails, client follow ups, and communications
➕ Recommend additional inspection services when appropriate
📱 Help manage social media, newsletters, and marketing
✅ Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from start to finish

Nice try, but calling it an ‘indoor pool’ won’t make it past inspection 😆

A 2nd-story window ledge located within 24 inches of a seating area can create a serious fall hazard, especially for young children. 🪟
