Choice Management LLC is a complete residential home builder and remodeler. The majority of our work is in the Clintonville, Shawano, and Legend Lake area. We do everything from rough framing on our new home and addition projects, to the exterior windows/doors, soffit and siding, as well as finish work like cabinet and countertop install and door and trim work. There is a variety of inside and outside work.

If you are experienced in the construction trades and enjoy problem solving, we have a spot for you. This could be part-time with a flexible schedule, up to full-time + over-time. Just let us know what you are looking for.

Valid driver's license, punctual and reliable work ethic, and the ability to work independently on small projects are required for this position. If are not experienced but willing to learn, please reach out to us as we have other positions available for you.

To keep up with year-after-year growth and customer demand, we are actively looking to add to our team.

We offer full-time year-round employment (no lay-off's in our history), with plenty of overtime if you want it, with time-and-a-half after 40 hours, bi-weekly direct deposit pay, paid holidays and vacation, and 401k, and on-the-job training for individuals who possess the interest to further their career. Pay is based on experience and there is opportunity for career growth with our growing business.

Another foundation went in this fall for a new duplex in Shawano. Now we wait for trusses.

Completed this cute house a couple of weeks ago. It has a perfect layout and we hope the homeowners enjoy it for the years to come. 🏠

Finished a composite deck in Shawano. We love how the customers went with a white railing.

Finished a “shouse” last week. A nice large heated garage and nice cozy living quarters, who wouldn't love that!! Especially during hunting season.

Driveway day today! Can't wait to show the back patio when done at this new home overlooking the Wolf River in Shawano, Wisconsin.

Dropped some materials at one of our new starts tonight to stay ahead of our crews. This one is coming along nicely for just two days of work. Unfortunately we will be pulling off soon while we wait for trusses to come in.

4H empowers young people to be future leaders, have confidence, and teach them to work well with others. Choice Management supports 4H and encouraging these young people. A few weeks ago, Choice Management purchased a pig at the Shawano County Fair from Logan. He put countless hours in on getting this pig ready for the fair. All his hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the good work!!

Outdoor transformation! Our team replaced the roof, added some rustic window awnings, and installed a combination of vertical, horizontal, and shake siding.

A HUGE shoutout goes to our entire crew for completing this new duplex. A lot of overtime was done on this project trying to complete it for the renters to move in on time. Wouldn't of been able to do it without them.

A beautiful cottage remodel on Legend Lake. We extended the living space out into what was a previously covered screen porch. Added a custom barn door, stone fireplace, new cabinets with granite countertops, new light fixtures, and custom railing. The clients and their family and friends will be enjoying this space for a long time.

Our team removed an old garden shed and built a new useable garage for this client's cabin in Gresham. We matched the colors to their cabin and the colors look great amongst the tall pines. If you're looking for a new garage, give us a call 715-853-8474.

Look at this amazing porch roof our crew built over the top of an existing deck. Landscaping is done and the owners will be getting the deck repainted soon so they can enjoy all summer long!
