When we first made Chiang Mai our home, the outer ring road was a thin 2 lane roadway arcing through an emerald sea of rice paddies following the community irrigated villages distributed along the Mae Kuang. The overpass being constructed at New San Kamphaeng Road is whre the Kuang passes under what Is now a mayor highway. (1 of 3)
