So I don’t normally do things like this but here goes. I had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil Change. Let’s just say they were called into a meeting (as per the sales person) my car was ready who know when 🤷🏼‍♀️. There was also another car ready also because they had parked it in front of mine. The first things they asked me was “will I be waiting for the car” so when I went back inside to tell them about the car I had also told them that my mother had fell. I don’t even know why I told them. The guy said absolutely nothing! Oh no I’m sorry. Is she ok? Does she need medical attention? NOTHING!!!! I just left. As I
Was driving home the more I looked at my
Mom the more upset and aggravated I got. I called and asked to speak to the manager.
Well personally he hardly had anything to say and seemed like he didn’t even know how to handle the situation or what to say. My first Acura I purchased in Smithtown the second one here. Bayshore is just about 5 minutes from my home verses Smithtown being not so close. Looks like I may have to go back to Smithtown for future services.

I picked up my RDX! I can honestly say my experience was 100% positive. Awesome customer service! Not pushy at all. I was pre approved with a credit union who was giving me a hard time about paperwork and associate Brandon Martin spoke to his manager/finance team and they were able to get me approved at the same rate. I went into Acura on Labor Day because I was in need of a car because mine was no longer able to drive. I went in with a car I was looking for that I saw online. Howard came over to help me and provided me with all details of this car. He was a giant help to me as this was the first used car I was buying from a dealership. Howard was great and informative and mainly discussed with me about the car and pricing while still including my parents, as they were sitting there helping me. I found the car on a Monday at 3:00 and was able to take the car home in 24 hours. Howard made purchasing a car very fast and simple and I would definitely recommend seeing him at Acura Bay Shore!

Came to get a lease for your Saturday and have since just been getting run around with being transferred from one person to another... Im just super disappointed and annoyed! I have went through lease from different car companies never had this issue !!!

what can i say but dealing with Mr. Carlton Jose and Joe made a real easy day getting my new mdx all above what one could want, and Mr,Carlton no pressure and there to help with ever need.
