Our very first Shoregate Pool Party was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible turnout from our amazing residents. It was so heartwarming to see everyone come together in our beautiful community, relaxing by the pool, sharing laughs, and enjoying the sunshine together! A special thank you to Roto for serving up delicious grilled sliders and hot dogs, and to Butera’s for bringing their famous, mouthwatering meatballs — everything was a huge hit and truly made the day extra special!

Kick off summer at the Shoregate Pool Party! ☀️

Join us this Sunday from 12–4PM for our residents-only pool party—featuring the pool, lawn games, music, burgers, hot dogs, cold drinks, and ice cream!

But the fun doesn’t stop there... We'll be keeping the celebration going with happy hour + live music from 3–6PM at Take Two Brewery.
